FAQ & Contact

Question 1

Do I need any golf experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Our simulator is designed for everyone — beginners, casual players, and serious golfers alike. If you can swing a club, you're ready to play.

Question 2

Where do you set up?

Accepted Answer

We come to you! Backyards, driveways, garages, event halls, offices — anywhere with enough space (roughly 15x15 ft with 10 ft ceiling clearance). We'll confirm your space works when you book.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular dates fill up fast — the sooner you lock it in, the better.

Question 4

What's included in the rental?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes delivery, full setup, teardown, golf clubs, and balls. The EAGLE and ACE packages also include access to multiple virtual courses. We handle everything — you just show up and swing.

Question 5

How many people can play at once?

Accepted Answer

The simulator supports up to 4 players at a time, but everyone can take turns. Our PARTEE package is great for up to 6 guests, EAGLE handles up to 10, and the ACE package is unlimited.

Question 6

Do you travel outside the local area?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Travel fees may apply depending on distance. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible for your location.

Question 7

What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If you're outdoors, we'll work with you to reschedule or move the setup to a covered area. We want your event to go perfectly — just give us a heads up.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We'll confirm your booking and send payment details. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. A deposit may be required to hold your date.
